Cleaning Method:
Horn Resonator & Fixed Resonator, two types of ultrasonic cleaning device both working. The horn resonator is cleaning by positioning.
Horn resonator is installed under the upper of cleaning tank, is used to cleaning up the top surface of works.
Fixed resonator is fixed under the bottom of cleaning tank,is used to cleaning up the back side of spinneret.
Because the working surface of horn resonator is small, each spinneret is cleaned by positioning. so it is necessary to install reciprocating & Position device.
The control cabinet is used to control the cleaning device operation, display equipment running status，place the ultrasonic generator.
